Rupert has been the publisher of a number of titles, including Radio Times, Saga Magazine and Elle. Since heading up the launch of the BBC's online service he has worked at the intersection between analogue and digital publishing. Rupert now has his ideal role leading Dovetail as it adapts to meet the needs of the publishing industry today and in the future.
Mark has in recent years undertaken a wide variety of executive and non-executive commercial roles in high-tech growth industries, before which he was a partner in Baker Tilly – one of the UK’s leading accountancy and business advisory companies.
Gill is an experienced direct marketer and business leader. She previously worked at Customer Interface (which later became part of the formation of Dovetail Services) as Sales and Marketing Director and her broader experience includes working for Future Publishing, Dennis Publishing and Imagine Publishing, with particular emphasis on subscription marketing. She also spent five years as Business Director of the digital agency Wide Area Communications Ltd.
Carl is a reasoned IT professional with over 30 years of software development experience. For the last 18 years he has provided leadership to teams developing a number of large scale, market leading, Cloud based e-commerce platforms in both B2B and B2C spaces.
Michael was born and educated in South Africa where he started work in customer services at the Standard Bank of South Africa. He came to the UK in 1999 and worked for GE Capital moving to Capita in 2006. He joined Dovetail in 2015 bringing 15 years' experience in operations management and call centre management to our business.
Debbie is responsible for three key areas of the business - data, project management and customer insight. Previously Group Head of Data for Haymarket Business Publishing, she has extensive experience as Publisher both at Haymarket Business Publishing and prior to that, at Wilmington Media.

All of our clients generate revenue from subscription sales. Most of them are publishers and content generators, selling subscriptions to printed magazines, digital apps and websites, but we also provide services to membership organisations.

The Dovetail client satisfaction survey is run every year, with a six-monthly update to check our service pulse. By Road: Leave the M2 at junction 5 and take the A249 signposted to Sheerness.
At the first roundabout turn right onto the A2 towards Sittingbourne.
Take 5th turning on the right onto Adelaide Drive.
At the T-junction, turn left and immediately right onto Homewood Avenue.
At the next T-junction turn right onto Ufton Lane.
At the following T-junction turn right onto Gore Court Road.
Follow this road until you come out into the country and then take your first turning on the left onto Broad Oak Road.
The first right takes you into Kent Science Park, home of Dovetail. You will need to sign in at the gatehouse.
