Our story so far

Dovetail is the new brand for the merged Galleon and Customer Interface, the subscription fulfilment businesses of BBC Magazines and Dennis Publishing.

Our new operations in Sittingbourne, Kent house our newly designed customer care centre, with enhanced marketing and transactions databases, improved mailing and fulfilment operations and a secure, multi-channel technology platform. Our people, led by a strengthened management team, are eager to tackle the challenges ahead.

Galleon CI was created in April 2005 as a 50:50 joint venture between BBC Magazines (previous owner of Galleon Ltd) and Dennis Publishing (previously joint shareholder in Customer Interface Ltd). The new company inherits its shareholders' reputation for subscriptions excellence and Galleon and CI’s adaptability towards publisher needs. Building on these strengths, Dovetail will sharpen its competitive edge in the subscriptions marketing and fulfilment marketplace.
