Training

Upon joining each new member of staff receives an induction to Dovetail Services, its aims and goals and their department and role, and how they contribute to the activities of Dovetail Services. Once the induction training has finished and you have settled in to your new role, you are then given opportunities to learn and develop existing and new skills.

Dovetail Services will also endeavour to sponsor any employee who wishes to take a professional qualification relevant to their role within the Company.

Company Social Activities

We are a very friendly and sociable Company and we have a well managed employee Sports and Social committee that organise lots of informal social activities. We also hold two annual Company funded social events one normally in the summer and one around Christmas.
