Galleon CI, the new subscriptions marketing and fulfillment joint venture formed through the merger of Customer Interface and Galleon, has appointed Ranjinder Lall as Client Services Director.
Ranj joins from Highbury House, where she is presently Marketing Director. Ranj’s previous positions at Highbury House include Head of Fulfillment and Head of Subscriptions. Prior to Highbury, Ranj was Client Services Director for Tower Publishing Services and Account Manager at Miller Freeman.
Commenting on the appointment, Tom Turcan, Executive Chairman of Galleon CI, says "I am delighted Ranj will be joining the new team at Galleon CI. Ranj brings with her substantial experience of magazine subscription fulfillment from the perspective both of service provider and client. Most importantly she brings a fresh and enthusiastic approach to client service."
